LIFE IN ORIENTATION PROGRAMME !! INTRODUCTION In the whole journey of CA course, a student life gets busy with many books, exams, amendments, notes, coaching’s and similar other stuff. He or She used be the most busiest person on this planet during this journey and also a CA student’s brain gets fully loaded with lots of theoretical knowledge but when it comes orientation course it feels that yes we are learning first time without any books, notes, paper etc. something which is completely practical in life and trust me this feeling here can only be understood by a CA student. CONCEPT Students will learn so much in these 15 days by the 15 different faculties who shared their knowledge, life experience, and some pro tips for making our career and life better and successful in future. I think this formula of 15 days= 15 faculties is wonderful, every day there is a new personality, nature, learnings, behaviour, attitude and mindset. This is an amazing process in

ITT TRAINING


Information Technology Training.!!


CONCEPT
In the CA course there are several trainings involved both at the inter level and the final level which have to be completed mandatorily. There are two types of trainings involved in both the levels, one is orientation and second is technical training. These are trainings provided by the ICAI with the objective to develop some technical knowledge and skills among the students. Both the trainings are mandatorily had to completed by every student before starting article ship.

PROCESS
Both the trainings are totally different from each other. There is no comparison between these two except the fact that both the trainings are of 15 days. ITT include topics related to technical subjects like MS Office, Tally, IDEA and some other accounting software. In the whole journey of ITT training each and every day is already planned according to the topics to be covered. Everything is going to be very fast that you can’t even imagined what is happening around you. You have to be ready for unexpected things daily. This all because of due to shortage of time, because the topics covered requires practice and patience.

MERITS
The main advantages of this training are you will get command over system on which you will spend your future professional life, able to learn new formulas and shortcut keys of excel, making and presenting a PPT, able to know how to use audit software’s. And the biggest advantage is a circle of technical professionals has been developed which will help you in future, also you will find that you are not just the only one who is struggling in life but many others were also in the same race. You can see a hope of success in the eyes of every student.

DEMERITS
This training will also have some disadvantages like you will find during training your eyes will be affected, your whole body will get dull because you have to spend whole session sitting on the chair and moving fingers and eyes and coordinating mind with the body. This all effect your overall fitness. Further you will find that understanding will be not be equal to the money invested. For a student who is 1st time going to uses the system will face so many difficulties & problems because his speed of work will not match with the class, there may be chances he will skip so many topics.

VIEWPOINT
On the basis of my experience of training I find that yet there is still some problems with this training such as duration of this is too small compared with the syllabus, quality of teaching is not upto mark, sometimes the systems are not in proper working conditions, examination should be taken only on practical basis not on theory basis. Further feedback system for each day given by students should be taken seriously and start getting analysing the situations. Overall it was a good experience but not the best one.
